Embodied Family Wellness Lake Stevens
We are conveniently located just across the street from Wendy’s within a spacious industrial park. Our office is in the same building as Empowered Physical Therapy and Hot Yoga Joy, easily recognized by the large mural on the side.
After passing the “peanut” roundabout, turn left into the industrial park. You’ll find us in the first building on the left, upstairs, through the first door on the right — simply follow the signage for Embodied Family Wellness.
Please note that our clinic operates by appointment only, and we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out by phone or email.
Parking is available on the south side of the building. Kindly avoid parking in the Empowered Physical Therapy reserved spaces or directly in front of other businesses within the park.
